Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ITSG - Integral Tech Solutions Group's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

ITSG provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Landing page development
• Web application development
• E-commerce solutions
• Technical consulting
• Website maintenance and support

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to project communications
• Provide necessary assets and content in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Test deliverables and provide feedback

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• 50% final payment upon project completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered work, except for third-party components and tools that remain licensed to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

ITSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients will be charged for work completed up to the termination date.
