Agreement to terms

By using the website and services of ITSG - Integral Tech Solutions Group you accept these terms. Each project is also governed by its proposal or quote, which prevails on the matters it covers.

Services

ITSG provides web development services, including:

• Landing page development
• Web application development
• Technical consulting
• Website maintenance and support

Client responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to project communications
• Provide the necessary assets and content on time
• Make payments on time as agreed
• Test deliverables and provide feedback

Payment terms

Payment terms are set out in each project proposal. For Web Viva plans:

• A one-off set-up fee plus a monthly fee, as set out in the proposal, excluding VAT
• The set-up fee is paid 50% on signing and 50% on publication
• No minimum term: month to month, with 30 days' notice. Annual payment: 11 monthly fees for 12 months, with a pro-rata refund if the client cancels early
• Payment methods: bank transfer or PayPal
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Intellectual property

The domain, texts, photos and data belong to the client from day one. The code belongs to ITSG while the monthly fee is being paid; the client may buy it at a price that decreases with the number of months already paid. Third-party components and tools remain licensed by their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ITSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients will be charged for the work completed up to the termination date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
