What data we process

Only the data you give us through the contact form or by email:

• Name and email address
• Phone number, if you choose to add it
• The content of your message
• The IP address the form is sent from, used to limit the number of submissions and stop spam

This website does not use analytics and does not build visitor profiles.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry or quote request and, if we end up working together, to manage that relationship. When you send the form you receive a confirmation email. We do not use your data to send you advertising.

Legal basis

• Answering your request: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• If a project is agreed: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and legal obligations such as tax ones (art. 6.1.c).
• Security data (IP address): our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the form against abuse (art. 6.1.f).

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while the conversation lasts and, if no project follows, for at most one year after the last contact. If there is a business relationship, for its duration and the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records). Technical records with the IP address are kept only as long as needed for the security of the service.

Who receives it

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers process it on our behalf, as data processors, under a contract with GDPR safeguards. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for its portability by writing to info@itsg.dev. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), validation of the form data and submission limits.

If we change this policy, we will publish it here with the new update date.
